I stayed at Aurora Hotel in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine for about three weeks in September and several days in October. I was most impressed with the restaurant staff who were some of the best I've ever seen.

I have been to several fine hotels thoughout the world including Marriott hotels in London, England, Usa and Cairo, Egypt and none of these impressed me so much as the resteraunt staff at Aurora Hotel in Krivoy Rog. All the staff made me feel like I was special and met every need.

That is why I chose to return there when I came back to Krivoy Rog in October. They make your hotel worth coming back to again and again. The front desk staff were very good as well. Thanks for a great stay!

I arrived on 6 March 2011 to hotel Reikartz and was greeted by a cheerful beautiful lady Natasha. She showed me to my room and made me feel like an old friend. The staff here is very attentive, pleasant and kind. I feel like I am at home here. I mat Nikolai, Roxalana, Alexandra and Andrei. All of them are very professional and great people who I consider friends. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious!! I plan to return to this town again and I will definetly stay at this hotel not only for the wonderful rooms. But for the amazing people who works here! Jay Chesmore, Hawaii
