New appointment in Reikartz Hotels and Resorts
17.07.2011On July, 1st, 2011 Bart van der Vossen, highly qualified specialist with more than 15-year experience in restaurant and hotel business, was appointed the F&B Manager in Reikartz Hotels and Resorts.

 Mr van der Vossen has started his career in Food and Beverages sphere after graduating from the Restaurant and Hotel Management School in Groningen, Netherlands. It is especially notable that his first work place in Ukraine was the restaurant «Shato de Fleur» - which is a part of the largest restaurant holding in the country «Kozyrna karta».

Subsequently, he also worked as F&B manager at the hotel Le Mas Blanc in France, then returned to Ukraine to become the General Manager of the night club Freedom in Kiev. As an independent consultant, Mr. van der Vossen numerous times was involved into the openings of large restaurants in Kiev, as well as regional centers of the country.

Last 3 years Bart van der Vossen held the position of the General Manager in Royal Catering Service, the management company of all restaurants and food points at stadium Donbas Arena, Donetsk.

In Reikartz Hotels and Resorts his duties include working out and implementation of the new concept for all restaurants of the chain. The menu will consist both of traditional Ukrainian courses and classical European dishes. Each hotel of the chain will also soon offer to its visitors the thematic menu with dishes and drinks, which are popular in this specific region of the country due to its history and culture.

According to the leaders of the company, considerable operational experience in restaurant and hotel business, as well as deep understanding of the European standards of service and realities of the Ukrainian market will surely allow Bart van der Vossen to achieve even higher level of service and cuisine in the restaurants of the chain.
