According to the company’s plans, «Reikartz Zhytomyr» will welcome its first guests in September 2012. Currently, the company starts the final finishing of the building located in the very center of the city.

The hotel building is situated in Zamkovy Maydan Street close to the park and the central city square – Soborna Square. After the reconstruction the hotel will offer its guests 60 rooms, the restaurant of the European and Ukrainian cuisine with seat capacity of 70 people. Besides, there will be a lobby-bar and a modern conference hall (up to 100 delegates).

Noteworthy to mention, that Reikartz Zhytomyr will be the first chain hotel in Zhytomyr and the only 4-star-hotel of the European level in the city. Already in February a new coffee house situated in the building of the new hotel will open its doors.

Nowadays, Reikartz Hotel Management manages 14 hotels: 13 hotels of 3-4 star level located in the largest cities and resorts of Ukraine, as well as the 2-star-hotel Atlantika in Sevastopol. Two hotels – in Kharkov and Zaporizhia – are close to the stage of soft-opening. The hotels in Odessa, Mariupol and Zhytomyr are under construction now and will be opened in 2012. By 2015 the company plans to enlarge the chain up to 20-25 hotels.
