Kiev. December 24, 2009 – Reikartz Hotels & Resorts signed a management agreement with the hotel Atlantika in Sevastopol on December, 22, 2009.

With more than 100 rooms of Standard, Junior Suite and Suite categories, Atlantika is situated in the business center of the city not far away from the seaport. There is a conference hall, café, sauna and all the needed services.
«This hotel will be the first in our future chain of 2-star hotels and we will develop a special brand for this new chain. Atlantika is to be reconstructed during the year 2010 in order to meet European standards for 2-star hotels. We use the example of the well-known European hotel chains that work in this segment», - explained Yuri Vasin, Director General of Reikartz Hotel Management.
In 2010 Reikartz Hotels & Resorts are to increase the number of 2-star hotels in the chain up to 3-4 members, focusing on regional centers with population of 250-300 thousand, as well as expand the 3-4 star hotel chain in larger cities of Ukraine.
