July, 30 2011 Reikartz River Mykolaiv staged the long-awaited opening of its modern pool area.

The pleasant occasion gathered numerous guests who were traditionally warmly welcomed in the Stargorod restaurant.

On August, 27th the seventh Ukrainian open-air festival of electronic music Turbofly 2011 will take place with support of the hotel Reikartz Aurora Kryvyi Rih.

The biggest musical entertaining festival of the city will be held at airdrome "Dovgintsevo", Kryvyi Rih, and will actually last for 20 hours - since August, 27th morning till the next day. The first part of the action will consist of such entertainment shows as parade of bikers, quad-bike safari, dert jamping, graffiti competition and drag racing.

Second part of the festival will be devoted to electronic music. Spectators will be impressed by performance of the well known DJs from Ukraine and Europe, whose sets will be accompanied by video and laser show! On the scene, during the festival, will play: DJ Ronski Speed (Germany), DJ Anna Lee (Ukraine), DJ Stana (Sweden), DJ Sunny&Tagir (Ukraine), DJ Diablik (Ukraine), DJ 2Men Project (Ukraine) and MC Zmey (Ukraine).

On July, 20th, 2011 a new hotel of the Ukrainian chain Reikartz Hotels and Resorts will start to receive guests.

Reikartz Sevastopol is located in the southern part of the city, in the Kamishova bay. The hotel offers 25 rooms in modern style, equipped according to highest standards of Reikartz Hotels and Resorts. Room rates start from 450 UAH  , thus making the new hotel of the chain a perfect choice both for tourists and business travelers in price/quality level. The 3-star hotel also offers its guests a restaurant for 65 visitors and two modern conference halls - for 100 and 35 guests.

With the last opening of the 3-star hotel in Sevastopol, Reikartz Hotels and Resorts has extended up to 10 hotels in Ukraine, all united by a unique brand and exceptional level of service.

Mr van der Vossen has started his career in Food and Beverages sphere after graduating from the Restaurant and Hotel Management School in Groningen, Netherlands. It is especially notable that his first work place in Ukraine was the restaurant «Shato de Fleur» - which is a part of the largest restaurant holding in the country «Kozyrna karta».

Subsequently, he also worked as F&B manager at the hotel Le Mas Blanc in France, then returned to Ukraine to become the General Manager of the night club Freedom in Kiev. As an independent consultant, Mr. van der Vossen numerous times was involved into the openings of large restaurants in Kiev, as well as regional centers of the country.

Last 3 years Bart van der Vossen held the position of the General Manager in Royal Catering Service, the management company of all restaurants and food points at stadium Donbas Arena, Donetsk.

In Reikartz Hotels and Resorts his duties include working out and implementation of the new concept for all restaurants of the chain. The menu will consist both of traditional Ukrainian courses and classical European dishes. Each hotel of the chain will also soon offer to its visitors the thematic menu with dishes and drinks, which are popular in this specific region of the country due to its history and culture.

The summer jazz school for the young musicians will be opened for the first time ever in Ukraine, following the famous «Flugery Lvova z Reikartz» and brightest festival of modern arts Fort.Missia!

From July, 15th till July, 18th young musicians from all over Ukraine will get a chance to play together with such masters of jazz, as:
• Michael Bowie (USA), the contrabass player;
• Frank Parker (USA), the drummer;
• Janusz Szrom (Poland), the jazz vocalist;
• Bogdan Holownia (Poland), the outstanding Polish pianist and composer.

Besides lectures and master classes, school will provide the Ukrainian musicians with a unique opportunity of fluent communication and playing on the same scene with famous jazzmen of the world level. Trainings of such format previously were accessible only abroad, and now «live lessons» with famous masters can be received in the most Jazz city of Ukraine, Lviv. More than 50 jazz musicians from Lviv, Kiev, Odessa, Rovno, Lugansk and Mukachevo will take part in this project - both beginners and skilled jazzmen!

The summer jazz school promises to organize the unusual party for citizents and visitors of Lviv - concerts and jam-sessions will take place in JazzClub.Lviv every day with the teachers' and pupils' participation. The first concert of jazz masters will be held in club Picasso, on July, 17th.

The project is organised by JazzClub.Lviv, art association "Dzyga", Hodzezhsky Jazz School Cho-Jazz, Culture and Arts Department of Lviv National University named after I.Franko, with the support of Embassy of the USA and the Ukranian chain of hotels Reikartz Hotels and Resorts, which is traditionally taking part in the most interesting and perspective cultural start-ups in Ukraine.
