In August Reikartz Hotels & Resorts continued the expansion into the regions of Ukraine. Thus, London Hotel - one of the best hotels of Kirovograd - joined our hotel chain and from now on will be operated by Reikartz Hotel Management.

After some minor reconstruction, necessary for the hotel to conform with Reikartz Corporate Quality Standards, it will change its name to Reikartz Kirovograd.

Today London Hotel in Kirovograd offers 38 comfortable rooms of 4-star category, a restaurant and a fitness hall. By the end of the year the hotel will have 15 more rooms and a new conference hall able to accommodate up to one hundred delegates.


Within the Regional Development Program, Reikartz Hotel Management acquired grounds for the construction of a new hotel in Odessa. Nowadays the territory is occupied by the old buildings of Odessa Tobacco Factory. The construction plan in Odessa presumes two main stages. The first one - to reconstruct a part of the existing buildings in order to provide 60 rooms of the 4-star category and a number of necessary facilities. The second stage presumes the construction of a new separate building with the capacity of 100 rooms of the same category. The first part of the hotel is planned for opening in 2011, the second one - in 2013.
