Reikartz Dnipropetrovsk – Recreation and entertainment |

Dnipropetrovsk is a large commercial and industrial centre of Pridneprovje with population over 1 million people. Nowadays Dnipropetrovsk is one of the most actively developing megapolises of Ukraine: modern trading and business centres, cinemas, entertainment places are being open in the city.
Sights:
- The longest quay in Europe. Along the right coast of Dnepr its length is over 23 km;
- The Scythian "babas" - the largest collection in Ukraine;
- Synagogue «Golden rose»;
- Bryanskaya Nikolaevskaya church, 1913-1915. Stone. Typical for early 20th century architecture;
- The Nikolas church, 1807;
- Preobrazhenskiy Cathedral, 1830-1835;
- Potyomkin's Palace, 1786;
- Diorama “The battle for the Dnepr river”, 1975, viewing angle 230 degrees, area of picturesque canvas 840 sq. m.;
- Fountain at opera and ballet theatre. One of the best fountains in Europe by technique and decorating;
- Swan fountain. It is established in 2005 on Dnepr in several meters from the coast. The stream height can reach 50 m.

- Diorama «The Battle for the Dnepr river»;
- State Academy of Civil construction and architecture of Ukraine;
- Coin museum of Ukraine.

- Opera and ballet theatre;

- Theatre named after Shevchenko;
- The House of chamber music;
- The Puppet theatre;
- The Philharmonic theatre;
- Circus.
