Reikartz Club

How to join

Every guest of Reikartz Hotels & Resorts can become a member of Reikartz Club. Having paid for accommodation in our hotel with cash or with the banking card, you can fill in a special form in order to become the member of Reikartz Club and get all the respective benefits. You will be granted an individual card, which will from now on store all your bonuses collected for accommodation in our hotels.


There are cards of three statuses in Reikartz Club:

Silver card. The amount of bonuses to be saved on the card equals to 10% from the paid amount.
Gold card. The amount of bonuses to be saved on the card equals to 15% from the paid amount.
Platinum card. The amount of bonuses to be saved on the card equals to 20% from the paid amount.

For example: if you have a Silver card and pay 100 UAH  for the services in Reikartz Hotels & Resorts, 10 bonuses will be saved on your card.

Note: bonuses are not granted for accommodation with discounts or any special prices, including cases when the room is booked via www.reikartz.com with 5% discount.


How does card status change?

The card will change its status when the required amount of bonuses is collected.
Silver card – each new card granted to a guest has this status
Golden card – this status is granted after 1000 bonuses are collected
Platinum card – this status is granted after 3000 bonuses are collected

* It’s important to remember! When the status of the card is to be changed, we take into account the bonuses on the card’s account, as well as bonuses already spent. That is why there is no need to collect the bonuses without spending them in order to get the next status, spend them as much as you want!


Bonuses – what are those?

Bonuses are saved on your card when you pay for the services in Reikartz Hotels & Resorts according to percentage ratio from the paid amount. You can use the collected bonuses to pay for the services in Reikartz Hotels & Resorts and for the services of the Club’s Partners.


Bonuses – how to get them?

Bonuses are added to your card when you pay for accommodation in our hotels.

The amount of bonuses to be saved on the card is determined according to percentage ratio from the paid amount and depends on the card status.

* It’s important to remember! One bonus equals to one UAH


Bonuses – what to do with them?

You can use the collected bonuses to pay for any services provided by Reikartz, as well as for services of the Club’s Partners. When paying for the services, you should give your card, and the applicable amount of bonuses will be spent from your card. With bonuses it is possible to pay only the whole amount of the received services.

Security

The Member Card of Reikartz Club is a chip card, protected from fraud. Even so, you can always apply a PIN code to it in any Reikartz Hotel.
