In 2003, the Belgian architect Francois Ryckaerts and partners bought a building on Drukarska Street in Lviv, Western Ukraine. Thus, Reikartz Hotels & Resorts were created with Francois Ryckaerts as Chief Architect.

In December 2008 Reikartz Hotels & Resorts opened the first hotel, Reikartz Carpaty, in Zhdeniyevo, Zakarpatska region. This region is an important tourist and travel destination with wonderful landscapes and mild climate - a perfect choice for skiing, hiking and admiring the beauty of nature.

Subsequently, Reikartz Hotels & Resorts acquired a hotel in the nearby health resort Polyana, renowned for its climate and mineral water Polyana Kvasova. Due to its SPA & Wellness center Reikartz Polyana has an attractive advantage over all the other local hotels and health resorts, as it is not only common balneotherapy that it offers to its guests. The specialists of Reikartz Polyana apply a combination of various treatment methods – mineral water is used alongside with mud treatment, massotherapy, electrotherapy and magnetotherapy. This allows to efficiently treat a whole range of health disorders, as well as to provide a complex health improvement.

Reikartz Hotels & Resorts continued its rapid expansion during 2009 and in August took over the management and upgraded one of the best business hotels in Kirovograd, today called Reikartz Kirovograd.

In Lviv, a business hotel with stylish and elegant interior, Reikartz Dworzec Lviv, opened in December 2009.

Reikartz Hotels & Resorts continues its rapid growth and in April 2010 announces about the management contract signed for Reikartz River Mykolaiv. This business hotel is peacefully located in the historical center of Mykolaiv, on the bank of the river Pyvdennyi Buh.

The end of 2010 witnessed the opening of two more Reikartz hotels in Pochayiv and Lviv, Ukraine. Reikartz Pochayiv with the 70 room capacity is located in Ternopilska region, close to the Holy Dormition Pochayiv Lavra, which is very convenient for numerous pilgrims and tourists who come to visit the monastery.

Reikartz Medievale Lviv became the second hotel of the chain in the city. The name is fully justified by the hotel’s location close to the ancient heart of Lviv, Rynok Square. At first the hotel will have 23 rooms; later on the capacity will grow up to 70 rooms.

In February 2011, the company signed the agreement for managing the hotel Aurora, Kryvyi Rih, which joined Reikartz Hotels & Resorts and from now on is known as Reikartz Aurora Kryvyi Rih.

May 2011 witnessed the opening of Reikartz Dnipropetrovsk - modern business-hotel with 80 rooms, two modern conference halls and convenient downtown location immediately turned to be of great interest for the business circles of Ukraine.

In July 2011 the company finished the 1st stage of reconstruction in the hotel Atlantika, Sevastopol. From now on two hotels are presented in the same building - Reikartz Sevastopol of 3 star level and Atlantika of 2 star level.

Reikartz Hotel Management started 2012 year with signing of the management agreement with the new hotel of the chain – Reikartz Kamianets-Podilsky. The hotel is situated in one of the most important tourist cities in the Western Ukraine and it is the only 4-star hotel in the city. Reikartz Kamianets-Podilsky is situated in its historical center on Starobulvarnaya Street, close to the main tourist sights and offers its guests 38 rooms of different categories, restaurant, lounge bar and a modern SPA-center.

 

Also in January the profile of the managing company included two new business-hotels – Reikartz Kharkiv and Reikartz Zaporizhia. One month later, in February 2012, the company announced the launching of a new hotel – Reikartz Sumy.
 
In February 2012 the managing company announced the launch of a new 2-star hotel chain – Raziotel. Already in March Reikartz Hotel Management signed the management agreement with the first branded hotel in Kyiv which will host their first guests on the eve of EURO 2012.

 

The 16th object of Reikartz Hotel Management is the 4-stars apart-hotel in Kyiv – Reikartz Attache Kyiv.

 

The third hotel brand under Reikartz Hotel Management is Vita Park chain, which will unite the resorts and wellness-centers in the most beautiful and ecologically clean areas of Ukraine. Vita Park Akvadar, located in Mankivka village of Cherkasy region, became the first hotel of the chain. Within the same month the new chain included the second resort. Since that moment the hotel got the new branded name – Vita Park Izki eco resort.

Due to the rapid expansion it was decided to launch several new brands. Since that moment three hotel chains operated by Reikartz Hotel Management – «Raziotel», «Vita Park» and «Reikartz Hotels & Resorts» – are consolidated by the umbrella brand – Reikartz Hotel Group.
 

Thus, Reikartz Hotel Management heads for the extensive development and plans to manage at least 20 hotels under Reikarts Hotels & Resorts brand and Raziotel brand by the end of 2012. Two hotels will be opened during this year – Reikartz Mariupol in May 2012 and Reikartz Zhytomyr in October 2012. Reikartz Odesa is planned for 2013.

Hotels will be located in the largest cities and the most visited tourist resorts of Ukraine. Our goal is to make Reikartz Hotels & Resorts the preferred provider of quality accommodations for business and leisure travel in Ukraine.
